I love hearing people’s stories, getting to know how they think and hearing about their experiences. I want to help people create happier lives. In my free time, I enjoy being in the outdoors, spending time with my family, and playing with my dogs.
I have been in the field for close to 20 years, first in County Mental Health and, for the last eight years, in private practice. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Psychology in 2004 and my Doctorate in 2008. I have been a licensed psychologist since 2011. I have extensive training and experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I work with:
- Couples who want to deepen their bond
- Couples dealing with infidelity
- Couples considering divorce
- Couples struggling with parenting issues and blending families
- Adults dealing with bipolar disorder
- Adults struggling with anxiety and depression
- Adults facing a life transition
- Adults seeking personal growth
Above all, I want to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.
