- $175 per 50 minute session
- $255 per 75 minute session
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. I will provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. With some plans, I may be able to submit an electronic claim directly to your insurance company for your reimbursement. If you have questions about your coverage, contact your provider directly to discuss your coverage for counseling services and what if any reimbursement they will pay for an out-of-network provider.
Things to ask your insurance company:
1. Does my plan cover mental health services?
2. Do I have out-of-network benefits?
3. Do I have a deductible and have I met it?
4. What is the dollar reimbursement for the following codes: 90791 (Initial Diagnostic Visit), 90837 (60 minute session), 90834 (45 minute session), 90847 (family/couple session)?
5. Is there a limit on the number of sessions I can have in a year?
Payment
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. This includes Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You are responsible to pay the full session fee for any missed session or session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
